Maryann Gill

With over 30 years experience in helping adults and adolescents navigate life's challenges, Maryann brings an empathic personality, exceptional listening skills, and problem-solving abilities to her role as sales associate at Turpin. These very traits and skills allow her to help clients navigate the challenges that may occur when selling or seeking a property. "Every relationship begins with trust and that's what I cultivate with my clients".

A lifelong New Jersey resident and familiar with much of the state, Maryann chose Chester as the place to raise her family and has lived in this area for over 20 years. She is also connected to the greater Morris County community through her volunteerism with Bright and Beautiful Therapy Dogs, where she is an evaluator. She owns and breeds Great Pyrenees, showing them in American Kennel Club conformation classes and partnering with them as therapy teams.

With an eye for aesthetics and design, Maryann studied Ichiyo school ikebana and has attained Master designation in that art form. Similarly, she looks for harmony and interesting architectural detail in the properties she shows to clients.

Her education in psychology includes a Psy.D. from Rutgers University, M.A. from NYU, and B.A. from Montclair State University. In her downtime, Maryann enjoys hiking with her dogs, time with friends and family, gardening, and local and international travel, especially to Italy where she holds dual citizenship.
